any idea where i can look for precident concerning my fight in a employee agreement ,specificall the no compete clause against my former emploer,terminix in my state of florida

You can try googling the topic. Lawyers research these issues on FindLaw and Westlaw dn Lexis. These services charge fees, which is included in the fees attorneys charge you. An attorney could review your agreement and the law and give you an opinion and options with one or two hours.
