Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

Confidentiality forms and agreements

I am a small advertising agency about to give a pitch to a client. There are two other agencies in the running and I dont want my ideas passed on to the other agencies or for the client to run with my ideas and use them on their own. What confidentiality form can I have them sign befor I give my pitch to protect my companies ideas?

Obviously, there is the possibility of such an agreement. You should seek the assistance of an attorney to draft one, it would be well worth it.
