genital herpes and Florida laws

what is the law in florida when you marry a person thta knows he has genital herepes and transmitts them to you and does not disclose it till after 7 months of marriage and you are in a out break we are divorcing

The last time I looked into this was in the mid 90s and back then several states had decided this was a civil tort. I haven't check on FL, but you can consult with your divorce attorney and I'm sure they can assist you.
