Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

internet law

I'am putting together a website w/ all the merchant bells ans whitles under yahoo's sitebuilder tool. Aside from paying their fee are there any other concerns regarding the content of my site and/or copyright/intellectual property content I need to protect before launching site on Yahoo.

Re: internet law

Websites are a HUGE source of legal concerns regarding content of the site/ intellectual property/ other liability. Really, the question is beyond the scope of the type of information/advice I could give you in this forum.

You may be able to find some "how-to" guides. I haven't used one myself, so I can't recommend one, but I know there must be some DIY manuals on the market.

If at any time you do not feel you can DIY, you should hire an attorney for a couple of hours at least to review the site and give you advice. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!!!

Good luck to you.
