Lost note affidavit
I am in Florida and currently in an active foreclosure status, with a motion for summary judgement hearing on July 29, 2008. I have received notice of a lost note affidavit. How can this be used to my advantage?

It means theat they have lostthe note that you signed. The affidavit is to establish its substance.
