Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

Products with master resell rights and copyright infringement!

Hello,

I own an online business and I plan to use products with Master Resell Rights or simply Reprint Rights to leverage my efforts and increase my business revenues.

My question is as follows...How can I shield myself and/or my LLC corporation from legal liability in case one of those products I bought have being stolen and I get sued for copyright infringement? Could I get fined even when I am buying these products and the resell rights from someone else?

I appreciate your help!

Need more information, but after reviewing your current contract with TM owner, you may well wish to establish an LLC and have anyone who deals with you to enter into a contract agreeing to shield the TM rights and hold you harmless from any liability.

Let me know if you wish my assistance.
