Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

property

i have a home that i rent to others and i have a legal lease however my boyfriend put his name on the lease when he is not on the mortgage or title of the home. Is this legal?

He can't "put his name on the lease." If he has no legal interest in the property, he has no power to lease it.
