Property

If my prperty is only in my name and I pass before my husban, does he have any legal rights to the property. I have no will.

He can remain in the house, but the surviving family members will probably get along best if you have a will so they all know what you wanted. You need to make a will to address all of the issues that arise when someone passes away.
