Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

A woman posted a picture on facebook, it has the option to share it. So I shared it on my page. It did not say "do not share" or anything and now she is threatening to sue me can she do this?

She can sue, but undfer the facts as you have stated them, i doubt that she would have any success. Why not go ahead and take the photo down, though?

As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. Anyone can sue anybody for anything. The question is will they prevail. Doesn't seem like she will. Perhaps she didn't know about sharing on Facebook. But whose fault is that? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
