Legal Question in Investment Law in Florida

broker fraud

I have an extremely good case for Broker misrepresentation according to several attorneys with

whom I have spoken. The bonds that were issued are now tied up in Federal court on Fraud

charges. The question: I have been unable to find an attorney (NASD) who will take my case on

contingency basis (I have little money left) and time is running out. Can I press criminal fraud

charges? How do I get to an Arbitration hearing if I can get no attor
