Legal Question in Investment Law in Florida

Upromise- help.
Hello
This is my first time using this site. Heres my question. I signed up for a program called Upromise. I have saved up around 400 dollars to help my kids out with college. I have been using this program for 4 years. When you use this, you hand your Upromise card to the cashier at publix. It gives you a few cents per item. Today on my checkout i got an extra receit telling me my account is not registered. I called publix and Upromise and they basically told me to scratch- my account was deleted.

You need to report UPromise to the attorney general and the Department of Financial Services. Sounds like a scam to me.
