16 year old moving out, with a G.E.D?

Is it possible for a 16 year old to move out to someone else's house if they only live with grandparent who has power of attorney (been living with for 2 years now nonstop) a GED, also enrolled to a community college where there moving close to In the in Florida and also they get the permission from the grandparent who has power of attorney?

It is alright if everyone knows the exact situation, everyone agrees to it and everyone knows where the liabilty lies IF something goes wrong. It will fall back on the grandparents if that something wrong happens. The someone else is not going to step up to the plate if it's going to cost them or they get sued!

Think about it. ALL parties need to sit down and discuss this first.
