after three years my daughters mother has filed against me but i have been paying her outright what i could afford but have only seen Olivia one time also while preg with Olivia the mother was a IV drug user(shot pills through a needle) my Olivia was born with cleft lip and pallet the mother and i split after catching her in bed with another man what should i do i am petitioning the court for a telephonic hearing and sending proof i paid her over the past three years

You definitely need a lawyer, otherwise, DHR will charge you all the way back.
