Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

emancipation

I live in florida and my girlfriend is 17 her mother is doing everything in her power to keep us from eachother I am 20 they told me it was ok to see eachother if I got a job get into clooege and get a car I did all of thoe and today her mom freaked grabed her by the hair and strted kicking her and told her to get the fuck out and then clled the cops saying she was a run away what can we do to get her emancipated I heard it was hard in florida to get emancipated I know I have to get an attorney and have them patition the court but Its probly very expensive what can we do

Without her mother on your side, I don't see this going anywhere, even if she gets emancipated. Whay's wrong with waiting until she is 18 and then you have less problem.

Or, maybe, that's when the problems begin.
