Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
juvenile laws for florida
I'm 17 and living with my father, I
was wondering when I could move
out. I have a job and I plan on going
to college, he just doesn't take care
of me as well as I could if I didn't
need him to go to the doctor and
things like that. Do I have to be
emancipated?

At 17 I would recommend you just stick it out or maybe try for some free family counseling. Unless there is something else is going on rather than "he isn't keeping you as well as you could since you are working."
Working and going to college at the same time is a bundle. Emancipation would not affect that one iota.
Life on your own is not necessarily the greatest thing in the world! You'll see later.
