401k
In 2005 I left the company I had worked for. I was given the oppertunity to cash in my 401K, and did not. In 2006 I went back to work for this company. The HR administrator told me that I could not contribute to my old 401K, nor could I recieve a total distribution. I am 100% vested. Do I have any legal rights in regards to distribution or rollover.
