Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My ex boss gave me a bonus/advance, i have since left we have nothing in writing about said bonus/advance, now that I have left the company he is sending me nasty text messages with very inappropriate things. Also saying that he is going to call everyone that I know and let them know about me and destroy any chance i have for moving forward with my career. What can I do?
