Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

My boss posted comments about me on facebook, disclosing a private meeting we had where he claims he had to reprimand me. My boss is also a friend of all my co workers on facebook, one even commented on my bosses post. He also did this during work hours from a work computer. He never stated my name, but someone who saw the post knew immediately it was about me and forwarded the comments to me. Is my bosses actions ethichal? What can I do about this?
