Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

My name in email after being terminated.

Can a company continue to use your email that contains your name after they terminate you? I understand they can redirect it to read it, but they have kept it open as if I'm there. There is no indication when people send an email to me that they fired me. It contains my name, therefore representing me.

They should not be doing that. Contact them and ask them to stop and let them know that it may be confusing others and is improper. Do so in writing.
