Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

have been employeed by the same telemarketing group for the past 2 1/2 years. Last couple weeks the,ve been sending me home after 2 hours on the job. Which also cuts my pay back from $10 hour to minimum wage. They also change hours two weeks ago from coming in at 9 to coming in at 10am. After two hours at work your day is half over. Can get unemployment. The only way to find another job is to look during those hours are majority morning hours. i have bills to pay. what should i do?
