Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

My former employer dismissed me a month ago and has since only compensated me for regular hours, failing to pay me for 72 hours of overtime pay. He has refused to respond to my repeated requests that I be paid. Is it legal in the state of Florida, Broward County, for me to picket on a public sidewalk, in front of that office to make known this unfair practice? Aside from underpaying existing staff, offering no benefits or paid holidays, he consistently makes unscrupulous decisions to avoid paying things that he should be paying. What does Florida law say about peaceful picketing when it applies to an employee vs. employer in this regard?

Instead of picketing, why dont you just sue him for the unpaid overtime? For more information on your employee rights, check out my employee rights blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com or my website www.behrenlaw.com.
