Final paycheck including accrued company days
I live in Florida. I recently put in 2 wk notice and left my job. However when I left I had a lot of paid time off accumulated. My employer did not pay this to me in my final paycheck but said he did owe it to me and will make payments toward the balance. Is my employer legally obligated to compensate me for these days I earned ( I earned them mostly by working overtime & being paid w. time off instead of cash )? What, if any, action can I take to force this repayment so I receive it in a timely manner? Thank you for the help!!

Check your company policy. He owes it to you. JUst get some payment schedule in writing from him.
