Hostile Work Environment?

Hostile Work Environment?
Recently I was employeed by the local law enforcement agency, during my short stay I received multiple accounts of discrimination and humiliation. I have 4 pages of written complains that unfortunately will not fit inside the post length given here. For completeness sake, I'm going to paste a few excerpts of my report:

''After Ms.XXX walked off almost in tears, I proceeded to finally ask Mr. XXX where Officer XXX was. Mr.XXX went onto ask my age, and what my medical problems were. I explained the kidney stone situation to him. Mr. XXX then proceeded to tell me the reason I have kidney stones is for being a �fat ass� and that I needed to �find a new line of work�. I just walked away from Mr. XXX after that and headed to the academies front office.''

''MR. XXX, said �If you are 21 and have to go to a doctor for serious medical problems, you should just kill yourself because you are a genetic defect�.''

''He also in a demeaning manor said �I'm fairly sure you abused your doctor to get out of doing physical training over this�.''

These statements all took place at my sheriff's office training academy. There is a ongoing internal affairs investigation about these issues, which have been admitted to being true accusations by them.
