i got injure at work, at the moment I am receiving physiotherapy treatment from workman's comp, my husband got relocated and we have to move , if I leave my job would I loose my workman's comp treatment?

Even if you leave your job, the workers' compensation insurance would still be required to pay for all reasonable and necessary medical care, so long as there is no issue of your having waited too long to request medical care. If you are receiving authorized care now, I do not thing that is an issue - but if you stop treating for any reason, that might become a problem If you need care, the insurance company is required to provide the care, so long as the matter is not time barred, even if you had to move out of town, out of the state, or even out of the country. I would recommend you consult with a workers' compensation attorney before you leave your job, to make sure all your rights are protected, and you understand what those rights are.
