Is it legal for big companies to change signed yearly employment agreements of employees working in Iraq lowering pay and benefits without completing their term agreement?

What would be the next option for us?

You can't change the agreement in the middle of the term unless there is a provision allowing the employer to do so. Once the agreement is at an end though, the one for next year can be different.
