Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Is it legal for an employer to require his store front counter sales employees to stand all day, not allowing them to sit down even while working, except during lunch time (no breaks offered)? There are bar stools available for customers in front of the counter, but none for the employees.

Probably unless you make the employer of some medical condition or disability that requires you to sit down for some periods of time. For more information on your employee rights check out www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com or our website www.behrenlaw.com.
