medical questionair
I was offered a job as a custodian in a public school and it is a county job.They gave me a medical questionair and one question was did you ever file a wokers comp claim and i did.If i say no are they going to look and find out anyway.

work comp claims can be discovered pretty easily.

They can find out very easily through many sources. The question can not be used to deny you employment, but if you lie about having a claim they can deny you employment or fire you after your hire.
