Last paid

I work for a company two weeks & one day.I quit no call no show(like everybody there) i call them a couple times for my paid,but they never had my check at the office.

It's almost a week and i need that money to repair my car.Try to contact the dol several times no response yet what can i do?

You can start by sending them a letter via certified mail requesting payment in full, and give them 10 days from receipt to pay you. If that doesnt work, you should contact an attorney to explore whether filing suit is practical and feel free to follow up with us directly if you should require further assistance.

If you are not paid within the next week, file a claim in small claims court.
