Is it legal to schedule on call shifts every week at your job in the state of Fl.?

Yes. Neither Florida law nor federal law regulates how many hours (or when) a private employer may require its employees to work.

Only in regulated jobs such as those covered by the Department of Labor (long haul drivers for example) might you find exceptions.
