Principle place of business in one state doing business in another

If an LLC is formed in Delaware and the principal place of business is Massachusetts with a branch in Florida, does the employees in Florida follow Massachusetts labor law or Florida's labor law. There are more than 50 employees in Massachusetts and only 4 employees in Florida

It depends where the employees are actually working. The four employees in Florida are subject to Florida employment law.
