Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I reported a hostile working envorimnent which did not get looked into. The same supervisor has had me placed on adminastrative leave without pay pending an investigation into unprofessionalism by me. It has been almost three weeks and my employer will not call me back, nor has anyone contacted me about the investigation. part of my complaint also was that the adminastration was all friend and dated each other including the human resources. I am a salaried employee and work in Fl. My question is how do I get them to call me or find out what they are doing. I also feel that I have had my right violated as they did nothing about my complaints.
