Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I believe I was retaliated against by my company I worked at for reporting to a compliance hot-line for concerns I had in my department, I also believe the compliance officers did not protect me from this retaliation and harassment I received from this company. The concerns I reported are; Porn on managers computer, inadequate emergency stock and serving plates and utensils, excessive absenteeism and tardiness by department personnel, food and stock not being ordered properly and stolen food. Because of my concerns I reported I was refused promotions, pay raise, poor annual evaluation, verbal abuse by managers, job reassignment, Constance treats I would lose my job and many write ups. as a supervisor in the department this should have never happened.

Or, maybe they just fired you for whining too much about unimportant things (like "someone stole my yogurt!"). You would have to prove causation.
