Rights of the accused

I have been accused of making an work place hostile d/t the fact that i have a realatioship with another employee. Another co/worker other than the one I am involved with has bought these to our hr dept. Do i have the legal right to know who this person is that has accused me of such.And does my realtionship outside of work have any bearing on this.Is it illegal to give this employee a letter or poem.Does another employee have the right to question the one i'm involved with questions about our realationship and then take it to hr.what legal rights do the both of us have?

You don't have any express "rights" in this situation. Your co-worker can complain, like you can, about anything they choose to complain about and then your employer will either take action or not. However, there are no laws entitling you to either information or privacy about these issues given the facts presented. Additionally, if your employer has a policy regarding dating co-workers, that would be of the most concern to me. If they don't have a policy, then the ER may be fine with the situation. Either way, tread carefully because there's not a lot of solid ground underneath you right now.
