What is the standard vacation policy and sick leave for hourly workers in the state of fl. I know it is not mandated but what is the usual amount of paid time given to a worker after 1 year of steady employment? Is it increased yearly?

There is no standard. It depends on the industry as well. Probably 2 weeks is about the average.
