Can you sue a dissolved company? I recently dissolved my medical billing comapny, only fo rthe fact that I wanted to change the name. Can a former employee summons me under the old comany name? Do I have to accept the summons?

Yes an dissolved company can be sued. You may want to consult with a lawyer about the lawsuit and whether there is any liability to your personally in this matter.
