Termination due to Sales Performance
Can my sales job performance be measured against others who have the same responsibility yet more resellers to work with, thus increasing their potential sales opportunities? Case in point - I have 12 resellers only; another person has 28 resellers; another has 48 resellers; and the 4th person has 65 resellers.
