Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have been told that under Florida law, an employer is required to continue to provide health insurance for 30 days after an employee is terminated. I'm not talking about Cobra, but the original policy that the employee has had (for nearly 20 months). Is this true? Thank You.
