unpayed wages

I was working with my employer and took my week payed vacation that i earned after a year and on my first day back from vacation they fired me and now are refusing to pay me for the vacation and also the last day of work. What should I do? Please if anyone can help, Thank you.

you are probably owed both yoru wages and unpaid vacation and woudl be entitled to recover attorneys fees incurred in seeking recovery of these amounts. Feel free to call my office if you wish to discuss this matter further.
