Vacation pay due?

I was at a job for 8-1/2yrs. I resigned from my postion and received my last check. I was to receive 2 weeks vacation pay yearly & they close for 1 week in July & 1 week in December (the vacation pay is given at that time) I left before the July ''vacation'' Should I still get the pay for that time. Also the hours that I was told to work was from 8am to 5pm (1/2 hour overtime & 1/2 lunch) lunch was deducted from that. If I came in early am I supposed to get paid for that time? Florida law does not require employers to pay out vacation "pay" upon termination.
