vacation pay upon firing

I was fired for not following orders.Iwas promised a one week vacation after one year.I worked there one year and one day the company did not give me my vacation pay.Iwas wondering if i am entitled to my vacation pay and if so what do i need to do nex

Re: vacation pay upon firing

Typically, companies are not required to give accrued benefits when terminated. Often they do as a policy. If your company has such a policy and you were singled out, then you may have a claim.
