Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work for a company that has two offices approximately 90 miles apart. As an hourly employee, I was asked to go off the clock during the drive from one office to the other for a mandatory meeting. I have been paid for mileage at the rate of .27 per mile, should I have also been paid for the hour and thirty minutes of drive time?
