I work for a emplorer( Stream Inernational) that just gave everybody at my level(about 250 employees ) a pay cut...The company is doing well...they made a profit...They also just purchased another company..This is the second time in a year they have done this,,,is this Legel????

Yes, unless you have a contract that prohibits this -- which you probably do not.
