Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I worked fro a big company just recently, and i had a couple of problems with two coworkers. two of them posted offensive verval things about me on a website called face book. One of them was working at the time the other one off. i imediately wrote a letter to the human resource department and called the alert hotline, the general manager confronted me telling me i was mis using the service and that personal matters were kept outside of work. I agrees but the co worker that posted that during work hours while she was working with me. I dont feel that this was fair my reputation was offended and damage on the internet for everyone to see. I quit my job i did not feel comfortable
