I've been working at a job for 24 months (receivedone write up). There was a position that remained vacant for 18 months. I person that left the job recently came back after a divorce and was given a temporary position. This person was recently promoted to this position that was open for 18 months, which I was never considered for but eligible. I was told I was not selected dueto the write up. Is there any thing I can do about this?
