if you were fired for not following company policy. and the reason you did it was because you were told to by a supervisor to do so.
2 and a half month later you were approach my a upper mangement staff and terminated for something i was told to do. but the supervisor said she never told me to do it. i worked for the company 15years and never had issues. i feel this was retalation because i left that work area and change postion in the company. And i was approach after i've work 2 half months in new postion
