3 days to move

if you recieve an eviction notice can the lanlord only give you 3 days to move i thought it was 320 days

If you received a 3 day eviction notice then you better follow the letter ASAP !!! I don't know who told you that you have 320 days, but that is ridiculous. Under your scenario, everyone would be able to rent free for almost an entire year!
