Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My ex boyfriend and I were together for 7 years. We lived together for 6 of those 7. He recently received a restraining order against me. We have been going through this since sept 2. I retained a lawyer. I recently asked her to contact his attorney to ask that some of my items be returned. I found out that he sold several of my things. I am afraid that he will sell everything off. Is there anything I can do? my lawyer is basically brushing me off.

Try this : if you have a driver's license with the address of the boyfriend's house on it, go to the police station, ask for an escort - go to the house and retrieve your items.
