Do i have a case against my landlord for whats happening to my skin /because three days after i moved in i became infected with a series of bite marks and rashes .

You have a right to live free of pests. Send the landlord written notice. Go to the doctor. You would have to prove causation in a lawsuit and your damages may not be enough to make it worthwhile.
