Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My daughter and her boyfriend are renting my condo. I have sighned and notarized agreement on specific terms. Association of the community where they reside wanted to evict then due to their behavioral problems and legal issues they have. I added my daughter's name on the condo to let her continue staying there. They did not make any peyments for one year and two months. I understand that my daughter now is a co-owner. Can I evict her boyfriend for non-payments?

If your daughter is a co-owner of the unit, if eviction proceedings are filed and she gives him permission to stay on the premises that will throw out your case.
