Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Daytona Beach FL: our apt complex was bought out . The new owners say when our lease is up, in order to sign a new one, we can no longer have our big collie - only pets under 20 lbs will be accepted. Is that legal? Thanks
